Standard Package — Most Popular

Full Legal Team Support.
We Win When You Win.

$1,500 upfront + 30% of your recovery. A licensed attorney leads your claim from intake through the commission's decision — we're financially aligned with your outcome.

What's Included

📞
1:1 Intake Call with the Legal Team

A 60-minute call with your assigned legal team member. You walk through your full account — dates, agencies, harm suffered — and receive initial guidance on your claim's strengths and gaps.

📝
Attorney-Drafted Claim Narrative

A licensed attorney writes your 3–5 page claim narrative: the federal action, the political motivation evidence, and the quantified harm — in the format federal claim commissions expect.

📂
Document Review & Gap Analysis

We review everything you provide and deliver a written gap analysis — which records to obtain via FOIA, from witnesses, or from your accountant — before filing.

🔍
FOIA Strategy & Filing

We identify and submit FOIA requests for agency records — inspector general reports, agent emails, audit files, surveillance logs — and integrate them into your claim submission.

⚖️
Commission Filing & Representation

Your attorney handles formal submission to the commission and represents you through any supplemental requests, review proceedings, or appeals of an adverse decision.

We're aligned with your outcome.

You pay $1,500 upfront — then 30% of whatever you recover, subject to a written engagement agreement. We have every reason to fight hard for your maximum award.

Questions

What's the 30% contingency based on?
30% of your gross recovery from the Anti-Weaponization Fund, subject to a written engagement agreement signed at intake. The contingency is only due if you receive an award — if you receive nothing, you owe nothing beyond the $1,500 retainer.
Is the $1,500 refundable?
Yes, in full, if we determine at intake that your case has no viable basis for a claim. Once work begins on your file, the retainer is non-refundable.
What types of cases does Standard cover?
IRS targeting, FBI investigations, DOJ prosecutions, FACE Act enforcement against pro-life activists, school board parent surveillance, COVID mandate enforcement, political speech investigations, and conservative nonprofit/business targeting. See our Claim Types guide.
How is this different from Enterprise?
Standard covers individual and business claims with a known scope. Enterprise is for large organizations with multi-entity claims, $1M+ in damages, or cases requiring senior partner assignment and expert witness coordination.
I already bought the Starter Package. Can I upgrade?
Yes — your $199 is credited toward the $1,500 retainer. Contact us with your order number to apply the credit before purchasing Standard.
